1. Return Eligibility

1.1 30-Day Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The return window starts on the day your order is marked as delivered.

1.2 Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original, undamaged packaging
  • Free of visible wear or modifications
  • Returned with all components, accessories, manuals, and charging cables (if applicable)

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or visibly worn products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized bundles or promotional kits

2. Return Process

2.1 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@eastonhammock.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions.
  3. Carefully repackage your item and send it to the address we provide.

2.2 Return Shipping

  • Our Error: If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
  • Customer Responsibility: If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, shipping costs are your responsibility.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued once your return is received and inspected. You’ll be notified by email once it’s approved.

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days after we receive your item
  • Bank Transfer Time: 5–10 business days, depending on your provider

3.2 Refund Types

  • Full Refunds for unused, undamaged products in original packaging
  • Partial Refunds may be issued for returns showing signs of use or missing accessories

4. Exchanges

Want something different? Please initiate a return as described above, and place a new order for the item you’d prefer.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or isn’t working as expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We’ll send a replacement or process a full refund—no hassle, no cost to you.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

Haven’t received your refund yet?

  • First, check with your bank or card provider
  • Then contact your credit card company (some banks take time to post refunds)
  • If it’s been more than 14 business days, email us for support

7. Gift Returns

If you received an EASTONHAMMOCK product as a gift, we’ll gladly offer store credit instead of a refund. Please contact us to arrange this.
